Steps to clear the browser cache in Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools >> Internet Options.
2. Under the General tab, click on the Delete button in the Browsing History panel.
3. Check all the boxes in the Delete Browsing History popup except for "Preserve Favorites website data" and click on the Delete button.
4. Under the General tab, click on the Settings button in the Browsing History panel.
5. Ensure that "Every time I visit the webpage" is checked in the Temporary Internet Files popup.
6. Click on Ok to close the Temporary Internet Files popup.
7. Close all open instances of Internet Explorer.
8. Start a new instance of Internet Explorer and access the Supplier Questionnaire by clicking on this link -
